Under GDPR and UK GDPR, you have the right to request deletion of your personal data held by Ventiere. This includes your account details, enquiry history, and any uploaded documents. We will process all requests within 30 days.

无法删除的内容
We may retain certain records where required by law, such as payment records for tax compliance (typically 7 years under UK law). These records are anonymised where possible.

privacy@ventiere.com — 主题：数据删除请求Please include: your full name, account email address, and whether you are a buyer or supplier. We will confirm receipt within 48 hours and complete deletion within 30 days.
