Is Ventiere free for buyers?
Yes. Creating a buyer account, browsing the directory, and contacting suppliers is completely free. No credit card needed.
How do I know a supplier is genuine?
Verified suppliers (shown with a green badge) have passed our automated verification — identity & liveness, cross-checks with government registries like Companies House (UK) and GST (India), plus sanctions screening. Unverified suppliers are listed immediately and shown without the badge until they complete Verification.
How do I contact a supplier?
Click 'Send Enquiry' on any supplier profile. You'll need a free buyer account. Your message is delivered directly to the supplier's email.
What happens after I send an enquiry?
The supplier receives an email notification immediately. Most suppliers respond within 24–48 hours. You can track your enquiries from your buyer dashboard.
Can I chat directly with a supplier?
Yes — once you have a buyer account, you can use the chat feature on any supplier's profile page to message them in real time.

How much does it cost to list?
The Free plan is completely free and gets your business listed in the directory immediately. The Verified plan is £20/year and adds a verified badge. The Featured plan is £49/month and puts your listing at the top of the directory and on the homepage.
How long until my listing goes live?
Instantly — there's no manual approval queue. Your listing is live the moment you sign up. The optional Verified badge (£20/year) is granted automatically once your identity, company and sanctions checks pass — usually within minutes.
What documents do I need for verification?
For the Verified badge you'll need: company registration certificate, VAT/GST/trade certificate, and a director ID (passport or driving licence). We also accept ISO certifications and export licences for additional trust.
Can I edit my profile after listing?
Yes. Log in to your supplier dashboard to update your company description, products, contact details, and upload new documents at any time.
What is the Featured plan?
Featured suppliers appear at the top of all directory searches and on the Ventiere homepage. This significantly increases the number of buyer enquiries you receive.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, cancel any time from your dashboard. Your listing reverts to the Free plan at the end of the billing period.

What countries does Ventiere cover?
Ventiere is a global directory. We have suppliers from India, Bangladesh, China, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, UK, Germany, UAE and more. Buyers can be based anywhere.
How do I report a suspicious supplier?
Use the 'Report' link on any supplier profile, or email us at info@ventiere.com. We investigate all reports within 24 hours.
Is my data safe?
Yes. We use Supabase (SOC 2 compliant) for all data storage, Stripe for payments (PCI compliant), and never sell your data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
How do I delete my account?
Visit our GDPR / Data Deletion page or email info@ventiere.com with your request. We'll process it within 30 days.
