Your right to erasure

Under GDPR and UK GDPR, you have the right to request deletion of your personal data held by Ventiere. This includes your account details, enquiry history, and any uploaded documents. We will process all requests within 30 days.

What will be deleted

  • Your account and login credentials
  • Your company profile (suppliers)
  • All enquiries you sent or received
  • Uploaded verification documents
  • Chat history
  • Email history

What cannot be deleted

We may retain certain records where required by law, such as payment records for tax compliance (typically 7 years under UK law). These records are anonymised where possible.

Submit your request

Send an email from the address associated with your account to:

privacy@ventiere.com — Subject: Data Deletion Request

Please include: your full name, account email address, and whether you are a buyer or supplier. We will confirm receipt within 48 hours and complete deletion within 30 days.
